Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Patrol Security Officer to help maintain safety and security within our community. This role requires proactive patrol, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You'll play a key role in protecting property, enforcing traffic regulations, and supporting other security personnel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol the community to deter and detect suspicious activity. Respond promptly to calls for service. Inspect buildings, houses, and property to ensure security. Secure gates and assist gate officers when necessary. Conduct traffic stops and enforce traffic regulations. Complete detailed written reports for all incidents and activities. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in law enforcement or security. Stable work history and strong sense of responsibility. Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Pleasant, professional demeanor. Bilingual skills are a plus.
