Parking is what we do, our values are who we are. Overview The Parking Enforcement/Ambassador is a high profile, customer service position. The ideal candidate for this role will do whatever it takes to provide an exceptional customer service experience for each and every patron. The Enforcement/Ambassador will assist customers who park in a large parking facility. In this very visible role, it is vital that the Enforcement/Ambassador maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times. Shift Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities Work closely with the Parking Manager to provide our client with seamless service and our customers with a positive parking experience. Use tact and professionalism to resolve parking-related issues and concerns. Provide courteous and professional service to property management, maintenance team, residents, and retail employees regarding parking and access control daily by: Increase enforcement presence during daily lunch rush. Provide thorough surveillance rounds to ensure all inventories remain fluent. Issue Warnings / Citations to violators. Manage tenant Rostering + database - Register all parkers. Conduct tenant meetings to ensure all employee information is updated /accurate. Provide leadership support to ensure and maintain program success. Issuing Parking Permits. Repair and Replace parking access remotes. Provide parking enforcement of parking garages and areas. Issue tickets and facilitate the towing of unauthorized vehicles as needed. Provide enforcement of all resident and retail garage inventories. Manage enforcement database/violation log on daily basis. Manage all after hour parking related calls appropriately. Consistent interaction with client management team. Assist with Event Parking operations as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
18 years of age or older Valid driver's license, preferred Able to drive golf cart Able to comfortably use a computer and Microsoft Office products, including email and internet Able to hand write parking citations and record in database Desire to help others - have a passion for customer service Minimum of one year customer service experience, preferred Able to read, write, comprehend and converse in the English language Physical demands: Ability to work inside in a parking garage for majority of shift. Occasionally work outside the parking garage in all weather conditions as needed. A combination of standing and walking accounts for approximately 90% of shift. Sitting at a computer workstation accounts for approximately 10% of shift
