  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent. No experience is required. Valid Texas class C driver's license.
  • Job Description:
  • To provide assistance in guiding vehicular traffic and enforcing parking and driving regulations.
  • Job Duties:
  • Primarily maintains the appearance of the surface lots and garages working as a team member.
  • + Maintains the appearance of the parking facilities by picking up trash, cleaning, and monitoring + Patrol parking lots for unauthorized vehicles.
+ Observes traffic and parking violations and issues campus citations for infractions. + Assists staff, employees, and visitors by giving directions and parking information. + Submits daily activity reports. + Adheres to internal controls established for the department. + Performs related duties as required.
  • Equipment:
  • Equipment used for cleaning and maintaining parking facilities, parking ticket equipment, and state vehicles.
  • Working Environment:
  • Possible exposure to adverse weather conditions.
  • Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm and as needed on occasion.

  • Actual salary based on experience.
