Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Parking Attendant supports parking operations across assigned properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and customer-friendly environment. Reporting to the Parking Attendant Supervisor, this role requires a reliable and courteous team member who can manage parking systems, assist customers, and maintain site standards. The Parking Attendant contributes to operational efficiency, revenue collection, and the overall success of the parking program.
POSITION SCHEDULE
Up to 30 hours per week, 3-4 days per week, working hours between 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday-Sunday. •Saturday and Sunday availability is required.•
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Operations Greet and assist customers with parking inquiries, payment systems, and vehicle location. Monitor entry/exit points and respond to radio calls for support. Maintain cleanliness of parking areas and assist with traffic direction and signage placement. Reporting Prepare daily shift reports as needed Ensure accurate documentation of tickets, validations, and revenue. Safety & Equipment Oversight Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly. Support general upkeep of parking infrastructure and assist during peak hours or events. Complete daily cart inspections and reporting Maintain cleanliness and good operating condition of assigned uniforms and equipment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous customer service or parking experience preferred. Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math skills and proficiency Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to operate golf carts and small vehicles. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evening shifts. Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check. Regular and consistent attendance required. Candidate must be able to provide a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Parking Reserve is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
