City of Chippewa Falls - Police Department Job Opportunity
PARKING ENFORCEMENT WORKER
The City of Chippewa Falls is accepting applications for a part-time Parking Enforcement Worker for the Police Department. This position is responsible for monitoring parking, providing parking enforcement, working with City Officials regarding parking concerns, educating the public about parking violations, monitoring the downtown business district and other areas of the City as requested, reporting ordinance violations to the Patrol Division as necessary, and other office related responsibilities.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical College Degree in a related field is preferred. Prior experience working in a law enforcement setting is preferred. At least 18 years of age. Possess a valid driver's license. Ability to become certified and maintain certifications in TIME, WILENET, and E-TIME. Ability to be trained and maintain proficiency on the use of Oleoresin Capsicum Spray. Wage is $21.75 - $24.01 per hour depending on qualifications. This position is eligible for part-time benefits.
