Influence. Shape Regulatory Strategy. Are you ready to move beyond simply interpreting regulations...and begin influencing them? Our client, an innovative and financially strong specialty chemical manufacturer located in the Philadelphia suburbs, is creating a brand-new leadership position that will play a key role in shaping the future of Product Stewardship, Regulatory Affairs and Government Advocacy throughout the Americas. This isn't your typical Regulatory Affairs position. This is an opportunity to work alongside senior leadership, represent the company with regulatory agencies and industry organizations, influence regulatory strategy, and develop into a future leadership role within the organization. What You'll Do Lead Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs initiatives throughout the Americas. Develop and execute regulatory advocacy strategies involving TSCA and other chemical regulations. Represent the company with regulatory agencies, trade associations and key industry organizations. Partner with commercial, technical and executive leadership on regulatory strategy and market access. Mentor and help develop the Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs function as the organization continues to grow. We're Looking For Someone Who Has 8+ years of Product Stewardship and/or Regulatory Affairs experience within chemical manufacturing. Strong TSCA expertise and experience interacting with regulatory agencies. Experience with regulatory advocacy, Product Stewardship strategy and cross-functional leadership. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. A desire to grow into a broader leadership role over time. Why This Opportunity Stands Out Newly created strategic leadership position with exceptional visibility. Opportunity to influence regulatory policy—not simply respond to it. Direct interaction with executive leadership and key industry organizations. Clear path toward future senior leadership. Excellent compensation, annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package. If you've built a successful career in Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs and are looking for an opportunity where your expertise can truly influence business strategy while positioning yourself for future leadership, I'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you confidentially.
