Enterprise Service Coordinator

VSC Fire & Security is seeking candidates for the position of Enterprise Service Coordinator .

Manage customer relations using excellent communication and sales skills for internal and external customers. Leveraging outstanding analytical and planning skills combined with strong leadership skills. Knowledge and aptitude for conflict resolution, organizational skills, analytical skills, scheduling, building code requirements, and building relationships. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills. Eagerness for professional development and growth. Ability to pass various background checks. Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle. Desirable (but not required): Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field. Industry related management experience.

What you will do:

Create, distribute, and bill incoming orders from Enterprise customers and maintains customer expectations to meet service agreements.
