Location Description Post Consumer Brands in Jonesboro, Ark. is home to more than 200 team members. Jonesboro may be a smaller town, but it has a strong performing arts scene, multiple schools, and a diverse geography with sports and outdoor recreation opportunities for everyone. The Post Jonesboro team supports the community through food pantry volunteering and an annual toy drive during the holiday season. Responsibilities About the Role Are you a strategic leader who sees safety as more than compliance - and instead as a driver of culture, performance, and purpose? At Post Consumer Brands, we are looking for an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager who will inspire a culture where safety is owned at every level and embedded into how we operate every day. In this role, you'll go beyond maintaining programs - you'll shape vision, influence behaviors, and lead transformation. You will partner across the site to build a proactive, continuous improvement-driven safety culture that protects our people while enabling operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of site-wide EHS programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance Drive a proactive safety culture by influencing and motivating leaders and frontline teams across all levels of the organization Champion continuous improvement and embed behavior-based safety principles into daily operations Develop and implement strategic safety initiatives, including training, risk mitigation, and sustainability programs Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to site leadership, helping navigate complexity and drive accountability in EHS performance Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence Oversee industrial hygiene efforts and evaluate new technologies to enhance workplace safety Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of safety into production, quality, and operational decisions Manage compliance activities including OSHA recordkeeping, audits, and regulatory agency interactions Guide safety committees and lead initiatives that build engagement, ownership, and long-term cultural change Qualifications What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety , Industrial Hygiene, or a related field 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment A strategic mindset with the ability to set vision and translate it into meaningful action Proven success in driving culture change, not just maintaining compliance Strong organizational agility and ability to navigate complex environments Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust at all levels Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within safety or operations Expertise in OSHA, workers' compensation, audits, and training program development CSP certification or advanced degree preferred Why You'll Love This Role Purpose-driven work: Help create a safer workplace for teams producing food that reaches millions of households Visible impact: Your leadership directly shapes culture, not just compliance metrics Growth & opportunity: Experience the benefits of a large organization with the agility and collaboration of a smaller team Collaborative culture: Work alongside passionate teams who care about people, quality, and doing the right thing Meaningful influence: Be a key voice in shaping how safety evolves across the site and beyond
