Goodyear, AZ Fixed-Term W-2 Contract | 3+ Months Commercial Construction Project Trivent Safety Consulting is actively seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager for a commercial construction project in Goodyear, AZ This opportunity is with a respected subcontractor supporting a large-scale construction operation. Preferably with Steel Erection, crane & rigging experience. Position Overview The Site Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily field safety operations, ensuring OSHA compliance, enforcing site-specific safety procedures, and helping create a proactive safety culture on the jobsite. The ideal candidate is highly visible in the field, experienced in construction environments, and confident communicating with project teams, subcontractors, and management.

Schedule:
Hours 40 per week Responsibilities Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and daily safety briefings Identify, document, and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records Work closely with field supervision and project management teams Monitor subcontractor compliance and jobsite safety performance Support a culture of accountability and proactive hazard prevention Required Qualifications 7+ years of construction safety experience Strong commercial construction background preferred OSHA 30 Certification required Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced construction environments Strong understanding of OSHA standards and field safety practices Preferred Qualifications CHST or BCSP certification preferred Experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects Strong documentation and reporting abilities Apply Site Safety Professional
