Responsibilities:

Lead all lifeguard operations, safety programs, and audits Train, develop, and manage lifeguard staff Ensure compliance with all safety standards and certifications Oversee guest recreation programming and special events Maintain operational documentation and audit readiness Support food & beverage operations as needed Manage labor and scheduling to align with budget Aquatics Manager•

Requirements:

Prior lifeguard experience required Strong aquatics and safety background Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Required certifications (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
