Full Job Description Knowledge and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must Have a Class "B" Commercial Driver License with Airbrakes, and Passenger endorsements and valid active medical examiners certificate. Must have at least 3 years' progressive transit or similar experience with commercial class "B" vehicles. Knowledge of DOT policies, FTA, ADOT, OSHA, NIMS, EPA standards and ADA requirements. Comfortable conducting oral presentations, relaying technical information in understandable terms. Demonstrated ability to work independent and effectively in a diverse workforce.
Skills:
Possess the skills necessary to write and express oneself orally in a logical, comprehensive and intelligent manner, as well as good organizational skills. Possess the temperament necessary for maintaining amiable relations with various levels of company personnel. Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word. Ability to work with AI driven software systems. Ability to interpret and explain regulations to others. Must have excellent communication skills (written and oral). Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritize. Ability to work a very flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights and weekends as required to adapt to the needs of the operation, to ensure all Drive Cam related matters are performed within required deadlines. Ability to meet and present to agency and union officials to present during accident review and investigative related meetings.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop a comprehensive Drive Cam program for the location within Keolis Corporate Drive Cam policies and parameters, including development of location specific policies, procedures and program awareness compliant with Keolis (KTA) standards. Oversee the Microsoft Power BI Safety Reporting for the location including the upload of data sources, data integrity verification, partnering with the Contract Compliance Department and Department Leadership to mitigate risk trends and report on milestone achievements for the location. Oversee the upkeep of Keolis DCS safety related upkeep including credential tracking, ride along data accuracy, tracking of training, etc. Oversee the video investigation review process for all safety related and customer service matters, ensure proper action is taken within required deadlines including partnering with various internal departments for re-training, disciplinary matters, and terminations as required. Provides leadership, accountability and direction to Video Review Supervisor and Safety Coordinator. Ensure all Drive Cam events (AI non-scored, G-Force and scored) are correctly coded within 24 hours. Manages coaching's of all valid Drive Cam triggered events within 72 hours or less. Maintains a Drive Cam coaching effectiveness score of 90% or greater. Ensure all onboard video equipment (i.e. Drive Cam and Apollo) is functional as required on agency and Keolis owned assets. Coordinates replacement equipment and installations in collaboration with the Maintenance Department and Agency. Ensure a consistent down trend of Drive Cam events and behaviors. Develop campaigns based on Drive Cam trending behaviors partnering with Operations and Maintenance Departments. Ensure all Drive Cam coaching takes place in person, video review, proper filing of coaching forms. Orientates and trains Student Bus Operator and Maintenance classes on the Drive Cam program, Power BI tools, data awareness and expectations. Re-evaluates riskiest Drivers on a weekly basis and provides in-person leadership positive re-enforcement. Presents safety statistics and Drive Cam trends monthly during Safety Meetings. Presents safety statistics and Drive Cam program statistics weekly to location and corporate leadership. Conducts internal department audits leveraging Power BI data and standard operating procedures. Assists the Safety, Training & Compliance Director with preparation for client and FTA audits as required. Administers disciplinary action as required with the ability to recommend terminations when necessary. Performs Safety Manager related duties as required including accident/ incident response, internal safety audits, and directing safety meetings. Other duties as assigned or requested.

Operations Supervisors and Managers may split their work between an office setting looking at a computer screen/electronic device and active transit field locations driving in a vehicle. Maintenance Employees may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals in a ventilated maintenance shop and may work with personal computers, laptops, electronic hand-held devices, complex electrical schematics, diagnostic software and testing devices, and other heavy machinery. Office Staff may work indoors in air-conditioned or well-ventilated facilities, including offices and cubicle spaces equipped with a telephone and computer and may entail typing or looking at a computer screen.
