Job Description

We are one of the largest specialty wall and ceiling contractors in the U.S., and now we are seeking for a proactive Regional Safety Manager to lead and oversee safety and risk management operations across multiple construction projects within the region. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive safety programs, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting field audits and investigations, and supporting project teams in creating a strong culture of safety excellence. The primary duties and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to: Lead and manage regional construction safety and risk management programs Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, federal, and client-specific safety requirements Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and pre-operational risk assessments Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis Develop corrective action plans and implement risk mitigation strategies Support, coach, and mentor field supervisors and project safety personnel Deliver safety training, onboarding, and leadership development programs Track and analyze leading and lagging safety indicators Coordinate emergency response procedures and workers' compensation support Partner with operations leadership, HR, and project teams to drive continuous improvement Serve as company representative with regulatory agencies and general contractors
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of construction safety, EHS, or occupational health and safety experience Bachelor's degree in Occupational/Environmental Health & Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required CHST, ASP, or CSP designation highly preferred Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards Experience with incident investigation, audits, and compliance reporting Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation:
