We are seeking a Renovations Manager to lead renovation, capital improvement, remodeling, and construction projects across our campus while ensuring exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and oversee renovation, remodeling, capital improvement, and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Direct quality assurance and customer service efforts for capital projects, including routine inspections to maintain quality control for new construction and renovation work.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, and impacts across departments and campus stakeholders while proactively identifying and resolving potential conflicts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors by monitoring safety, quality, performance, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Manage and develop the Renovations team while overseeing departmental operations, budgeting, scheduling, safety programs, and regulatory compliance.
Salary Range:
$75,000 - $80,000 annually DOE About You
  • Minimum of five years of experience in construction, renovations, facilities management, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or a related field, including supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read and understand specifications, plans, and drawings, with advanced knowledge of architectural and engineering plans and the ability to communicate effectively with local city officials and departments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to complete reports, maintain accurate records, and manage project documentation.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, building systems, fire and life safety systems, and maintenance operations.
