2958764614-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Aramark is seeking a Senior Manager of Environmental Health, Safety & Compliance to lead EHS strategy across our accommodation and food service operations. This role develops, implements, and monitors safety and compliance programs, ensuring adherence to OSHA, EPA, and local regulations. You will analyze risk, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions while coaching leaders to build a strong safety culture. Partner with operations, facilities, and HR to deliver training, conduct audits, and report EHS performance. Ideal candidates bring deep regulatory knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and team development. Responsibilities Develop and lead environmental health, safety, and compliance strategy across food and accommodation operations Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and local health and safety regulations Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actions Design and deliver safety and compliance training for leaders and frontline staff Plan and execute EHS audits, inspections, and performance reviews Analyze EHS data, prepare reports, and present findings to leadership Partner with operations, facilities, and HR to embed a strong safety culture Maintain and update EHS policies, procedures, and documentation Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce incidents and enhance compliance Coach and mentor teams to promote safe work practices and accountability Required Skills Environmental health and safety (EHS) management OSHA, EPA, and local regulatory compliance Risk assessment and incident investigation Safety training design and delivery Data analysis and EHS reporting Emergency preparedness and response planning Audit and inspection management Policy and procedure development Project management Stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration
