This role is responsible for developing and implementing EH&S policies, conducting audits and risk assessments, leading incident investigations, managing training programs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Applicants without a degree but with transferable skills, knowledge, and experience in EH&S are encouraged to apply. Several years of progressive EH&S experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferrable automotive. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for OSHA and State Experience with compliance reporting, audits, and corrective actions, Ability to influence and engage employees at all levels are essential. Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM are preferred.
