As a Health & Safety Leader in Kingsburg, CA, you will play a key role in fostering a strong safety culture by developing, implementing, and continuously improving health and safety programs that protect employees and support operational excellence. What You Will Do Collaborate with employees at all levels to build H&S capability and integrate the Safety vision throughout the facility. Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA and all relevant regulations. Promote a culture where employees understand and exercise their H&S responsibilities. Develop and deliver H&S training for operations and supervisory staff. Support plant leadership in identifying, addressing, and resolving H&S issues. Design and implement risk assessment systems to anticipate, identify, and evaluate hazards. Partner with facility leadership to establish and achieve H&S objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages active participation in H&S initiatives. Oversee compliance and incident management processes. Integrate sustainable practices into engineering projects and daily operations. Stay current with evolving local, state, and federal environmental regulations and communicate changes to stakeholders. Provide ongoing training and guidance to staff. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 5+ Years of health and safety experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics or chemical environment Experience leading and developing H&S initiatives and programs What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or a related field. If you have questions, please speak to your recruiter about the flexibility and detail of our compensation philosophy. For this role, we anticipate paying $100k - $110k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
