Safety Manager - Job Description The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing company safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, subcontractors, and project personnel. This role oversees compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E standards, and electrical safety procedures while promoting a proactive safety culture across all job sites and operations. Responsibilities Manage and enforce company safety programs, policies, and procedures for all construction and electrical operations. Lead safety planning and oversight for electrical energization activities, lockout/tagout (LOTO), arc flash protection, and high-risk work. Conduct regular jobsite safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to identify and correct unsafe conditions. Verify PPE compliance, safety documentation, permits, and pre-energization checklists prior to critical work activities. Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and employee safety training programs. Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns; develop corrective action plans and root cause analysis reports. Maintain safety records, logs, training documentation, inspection reports, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure project safety requirements are met. Support emergency response planning and ensure proper communication protocols are in place during critical operations. Ensure compliance with

70E, local electrical codes, and company safety standards. Qualifications 5+ years of electrical safety experience a must. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, lockout/tagout procedures, and electrical safety standards. Experience conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and employee training. OSHA 30 certification required; CHST, CSP, or equivalent certifications preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in both office and active construction site environments. Pay:

$110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
