Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 15 years of experience working in the tech industry or a research, policy, legal, or operations field. + Experience leading global teams, working across multiple regions. Preferred qualifications: + Advanced degree (e. g., Master's, PhD, MBA) in a related field (e.g., Analytical, Technical, Legal, Operations Management). + Experience leading cross-functionally with multiple senior stakeholders and an ability to influence at all levels of the organization. + Ability to apply systems thinking to analyze complex problems, identify interdependencies, and develop holistic solutions with high business impact. + Exceptional executive communication skills and judgment to partner effectively with senior leaders, functions and influence end-to-end design, launch, and enforcement outcomes. Ability to synthesize information to bring clear recommendations to drive decision-making and impact inline with T&S business goals.
