As a Functional Safety Engineer, you will be part of the Safety and Reliability Department supporting cross-functional teams. Identify hazards and risks using Systems Theoretic Process Analysis (STPA) to ensure safety compliance Support the definition of safety requirements throughout the product development lifecycle Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety measures into design, development, verification, and validation processes Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements for autonomous systems Contribute to safety documentation and support safety audits and reviews What's Needed? Minimum of 4+ years of experience in safety engineering, systems analysis, or related fields Experience with hazard analysis methodologies such as STPA or similar techniques Knowledge of industry safety standards relevant to autonomous vehicles or robotics Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Excellent problem-solving and communication skills What's in it for me?
