If you are a Safety Director with experience in Construction, please read on!

We are a Family Owned, top Commercial Construction companies, that has been around for over 60 years. We have established ourselves with our strong clients relationships & a strong, experienced leadership team. With that in mind, we are in need of adding an experienced Safety Director to our team to lean & manage our safety program for construction project across CT & NY.If you are looking to join a growing builder, and work for one of the best established companies in the area, then we want to talk to you!

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop & maintain company wide safety policies
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA
  • Conduct jobsite safety inspections
  • Lead safety meetings & employee training programs
  • Maintain safety records, reports, & documentationsWhat You Need for this Position
  • 3+ years of construction safety experience
  • Strong OSHA knowledge
  • Experience conducting safety inspectionsWhat's In It for You
