Psychiatric Institute of Washington seeks a Nursing House Supervisor (PRN) to provide clinical leadership across inpatient psychiatric units serving children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. In this on-site role, you will oversee shift operations, supervise nursing staff, coordinate staffing and patient flow, and ensure adherence to safety and clinical standards. You will respond to crises, support interdisciplinary treatment planning, and promote a patient-centered, therapeutic environment focused on evidence-based behavioral healthcare and continuous professional growth.
