Key Responsibilities
  • Manage OSHA compliance programs and safety policies.
  • Conduct facility inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Lead employee safety training and Safety Committee activities.
  • Track and close corrective actions from audits and incidents.
  • Manage Fleet Safety and driver safety programs.
  • Manage SQF, GMP, and Food Safety compliance initiatives in partnership with Operations and Quality teams.
  • Maintain OSHA logs, training records, and regulatory documentation.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and assist with the development and ongoing management of
ISO 22000
programs.
  • Analyze safety, compliance, and food safety KPIs and provide management reporting.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
  • 5+ years of safety leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or food distribution.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Experience with incident investigations, audits, and safety training.
  • Knowledge of
OSHA 29 CFR 1910, ISO
45001, and
ISO 22000
management systems preferred. Success Measures
  • Reduction in incidents and injuries.
  • OSHA, ISO, SQF, and regulatory compliance.
  • Timely closure of corrective actions.
  • Employee training completion and engagement.
  • Accurate reporting and management of safety and compliance KPIs.
  • Continuous improvement in safety culture across all facilities.

Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
