Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Pool Contractor with CPC (California Pool Contractor) qualification to lead and oversee pool construction projects. This dynamic role involves managing construction sites, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. As a key player in our team, you will drive project success through meticulous inspection, data collection, and construction management expertise. Your energetic approach will inspire teams and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship in every project. Responsibilities Lead and supervise pool construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and local codes. Conduct thorough quality control and quality inspection checks throughout each phase of construction to guarantee superior craftsmanship. Analyze construction plans, contracts, and technical documents to facilitate efficient project execution and problem-solving. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services while maintaining project schedules. Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, safety compliance, and quality metrics to inform decision-making. Oversee construction site activities, including site setup, inspections, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Manage contracts, change orders, and documentation to maintain transparency and accountability across all project facets. Experience Proven experience in construction site management with a focus on pool or similar large-scale outdoor projects. Strong background in construction management, quality control, and inspection processes. Familiarity with contracts, data collection methods, and analysis skills relevant to construction oversight. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Knowledge of local building codes, industry regulations, and best practices for pool construction projects. Pay:
$18,000.00 - $24,000.00 per year
