HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your Role:
Leads, mentors, and role models for other health care team members; supervises directly RN/Clinical Nurses NAC, RN/Flex Staff Nurses NAC, Licensed Practical Nurses NAC, and Patient Care Assistants. Responsible for safe hyperbaric chambers' operations and maintenance; provides instructions to hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) chamber operators. Derives and validates diagnoses; identifies expected outcomes; develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans; and evaluates progress toward outcomes attainment. Responsible for efficient and cost-effective resources allocation. Uses evidence-based practices and information technologies while focusing on providing comfort, relieving pain, and alleviating anxiety. Initiates and implements new knowledge of nursing practice changes that are evidence based. Participates in and assists staff members with completing ongoing unit-based competencies. Respects patients' rights, dignity, values, confidentiality, and expressed needs; integrates ethics in all practice areas. Holds self and others accountable for adherence to conduct standards, policies, and procedures. Demonstrates an understanding of diversity. Demonstrates integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence (I CARE values). Enhances and contributes to a safe environment for all colleagues, visitors, and patients. Performs other duties.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education:
Associate's Degree in
Nursing Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in
Nursing Required Experience:
Two (2) years of registered nursing experienc
Required Certification/License/Registry:
Licensed as an RN in accordance with Florida Statutes (F.S.), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) [includes multistate compact licensure]. Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an accredited American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) instructor.
Preferred Certification/License/Registry:
CHT and/or CHRN credential(s) pre-hire. HBOT course completion pre-hire.
POST-HIRE TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
. (A.) HBOT course completion and (B.)
