Safety Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment, machinery, tools, and work areas to identify potential hazards. Coordinate and conduct monthly shop safety training with all fabrication shops and warehouses. chemicals, personal protective equipment, general electrical safety, lock-out tag-out, fall protection, machine guarding, scaffolding, confined space, fall protection, etc. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging safety trends, integrating them into the shop's safety programs. 48_Analyze Created with Sketch. Analysis Conduct root cause analysis reports on all fabrication shop incidents and near misses, ensuring follow-up corrective actions have been taken to help prevent recurrence. Review at-risk observation findings and work with shop superintendents to ensure risk reduction changes have been implemented. Review near-miss reporting submitted from all fabrication shops and warehouses within 24 hours of submission. 48_Support Created with Sketch. Support Provide support to superintendents on risk elimination card reviews, incentive programs, safety lunches, "My Good Ideas", and other initiatives. Provide support in managing all OSHA compliance and record keeping in conjunction with the Corporate Safety Director for the campus operations. Implement and evolve comprehensive safety policies and procedures specific to all McKenney's fabrication operations.
