As our
  • Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager
  • , you will shape how safety and sustainability show up every day on the factory floor and beyond.
You will own and lead EHS for the site, combining strategy with hands‑on leadership. Your work will directly influence how we prevent incidents, reduce environmental impact, and build a culture where everyone goes home safe.   • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Lead
  • site‑wide EHS strategy and execution

  • ISO 14001 and
ISO 45001
certification
  • , ensuring full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations + Build a strong
  • safety culture
  • by delivering impactful training, leading the Safety Committee, and turning awareness into action + Drive
  • environmental sustainability initiatives
  • such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and responsible resource use + Own
  • incident management and root cause analysis
  • , including training users, maintaining systems, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting + Partner closely with
  • HR, operations, and leadership
  • on workers' compensation, audits, reporting, and continuous improvement across the site and occasional North America support
  • What We're Looking For
  • + A
  • Bachelor's degree
  • in Environmental Science, EHS, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related field, with
  • 5-10 years of EHS experience
  • in a multi‑shift manufacturing or logistics environment + Strong working knowledge of
  • OSHA, EPA, and environmental regulations
  • , with experience leading audits and compliance activities + Proven ability to
  • influence at all levels
  • , challenge the status quo, and communicate clearly with both shop‑floor teams and senior leaders + Hands‑on experience with
  • EHS systems and tools
  • , including incident management and chemical management software + A
  • global mindset
  • , strong project management skills, and flexibility to support additional sites and non‑standard work hours when needed

  • $98,500- $134,000+ bonus + benefits
