Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Rubber Lining Foreman to lead and oversee rubber lining projects on customer sites. This role involves managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality lining solutions for industrial applications inside of . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a solid understanding of rubber lining, sandblasting profiles and techniques along with safety protocols. As a key player in our team, you will drive project success through effective management, precise execution, and adherence to job schedule as well as industry standards. Duties Lead and supervise rubber lining crews on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications Coordinate daily work schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments to meet project deadlines Ensure all work complies with OSHA regulations and company safety standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections Interpret product data sheets related to rubber lining and coating projects Oversee quality control processes to guarantee the durability and integrity of linings; perform inspections using tools like durometers, spark testers where applicable Collaborate with project managers to monitor progress Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, safety logs, inspection records, and project updates Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with a focus on rubber lining or similar industrial coatings Proven supervising experience leading teams in demanding environments with a focus on safety and quality Ability to read and undestand product data sheets for rubber linings and coatings Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices for construction safety compliance Skilled in the use of construction tools including durometer's and spark testing equipment; proficient in quality control procedures Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise multiple teams effectively Join us as a Field Rubber Lining Foreman to lead our field crews to achieve customer satisfaction while providing world class rubber lining and coating applications.
