We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Manager to oversee and enhance our workplace safety programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety, and minimizing workplace hazards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards. Provide training and guidance on safety practices, including CPR, First Aid, and emergency response procedures. Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes; prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for reducing workers' compensation claims and improving overall workplace safety. Stay updated on relevant legislation regarding workers' compensation law, EPA regulations, and industry best practices. Facilitate communication between management, employees, and regulatory agencies regarding safety issues. Qualifications

OSHA 510

Certification (Required) At least 2 years of construction experience At least 5 years of safety experience. Enforce all company policies and ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Perform risk assessments. Conduct incident investigations and audits to identify and eliminate or minimize the chances of preventable work-related illnesses and injuries. Deliver safety training tailored to organizational and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and compliance status. Knowledge of OSHA Hazard Communication Standard, Safety Data Sheets, and chemical labeling requirements. Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws, EHS regulations, occupational health standards, and environmental compliance. Excellent report writing skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely. Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques to effectively address safety concerns. Additional certifications in safety management are a plus.
