EHS Manager, Kingman, KS Direct Hire | $70,000-$85,000 + up to 10% bonus | Full benefits | Start ASAP Tired of being chained to a desk? This role is built for a safety professional who wants to be on the floor, not buried in paperwork. A growing manufacturer of synthetic fiber products (used in reinforced concrete and other applications) is looking for an EHS Manager to lead safety at a 24/7 facility running 4 shifts. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role: walking the plant, running inspections, and coaching operators, not sitting behind a screen. What You'll Do Lead daily floor inspections and hazard identification across all shifts Own LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance at the operator level Build trust and rapport with production teams and shift leadership Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions Deliver hands-on training that sticks What You Bring 3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing setting Working knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE programs Flexibility to rotate across all 4 shifts as needed Strong floor presence and comfort engaging hourly teams Why This Role Stands Out Direct hire with full benefits and bonus potential up to 10% Flexible schedule, not a rigid 9-to-5 Real ownership of the safety program from day one Interested?
