Job Description
Summary Job Description:
Full-time, M-F (8:00a-4:30p) The Patient Safety and Quality Manager provides leadership for the organization's patient safety program and serves as the primary resource for advancing a culture of safety and High Reliability Organization (HRO) principles. This position is highly collaborative with leadership, physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to reduce preventable harm, improve clinical outcomes, and promote continuous learning through training, proactive risk identification, performance improvement, and evidence-based patient safety practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related filed required. Active RN License issued by the state of Kentucky required. Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting required.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPPS or CPHQ Certification Master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field
