Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment
- Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with management and employees to develop strategies for improving safety performance
- Stay up-to-date with current regulations and industry trends in occupational health and safety
- Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, and compliance for management review
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field or CHST certification
- Experience is preferred
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00- $72,000.
