Job Description

EHS Manager CF Industries is seeking an EHS Manager to lead Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives within our Chemicals operations. Reporting to the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) department, this role drives regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and a strong safety culture across the site. The EHS Manager develops and implements EHS programs, conducts audits and incident investigations, delivers safety training, and partners with operations leaders to integrate best practices. Lead EHS programs for CF Industries' chemical operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations; drive corrective and preventive actions. Provide EHS training and coaching to operations teams to build a strong safety culture. Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to integrate EHS into daily operations and strategic initiatives.
