Job Description
JOB The Human Resources Manager - Occupational Health provides leadership to Metropolitan Council directors, managers, supervisors, and employees regarding occupational health programs and services provided by the Council. Under the direction of the Senior Manager, the incumbent will lead the Occupational Health function, including oversight of the Disability Management program for all divisions of the Council and administration of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) reasonable accommodation process for employees and applicants. This position provides work direction, coaching, and direct supervision to the Occupational Health Specialists and Human Resources Assistants within the unit. In addition, the Manager may provide high-level assistance and work direction to the Employee Resource Center (leave administration) and Drug and Alcohol work units.
