Job Description
Overview Hawk Line Construction is seeking proactive Safety Manager to lead the safety, health, environmental, and regulatory compliance programs. As the company's safety professional and subject matter expert, this role develops, implements, and oversees safety initiatives across transmission and distribution construction, maintenance, substations, storm restoration, fleet operations, and support services. Pay commensurate with experience. This position partners with leadership and field personnel to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, customer, and industry requirements while fostering a culture of safety excellence. Key responsibilities include developing safety programs, conducting field audits and incident investigations, delivering training, managing regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement to reduce risk and support a zero-incident workplace.
