Trilogy Communications is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead all safety and compliance initiatives at its Pearl, Mississippi facility. This role partners closely with site leadership to drive a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety performance. The EHS Manager serves as a trusted advisor, coach, and resource to leadership and employees, with a focus on building awareness, engagement, and accountability around EHS programs and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of EHS programs, policies, and procedures Ensure full compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations Manage EHS data, reporting, and documentation; analyze trends to drive proactive improvements Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; implement corrective and preventative actions Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments throughout the facility Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels Partner with site leadership to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Maintain accurate EHS records, including training logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation Support workers' compensation programs, return-to-work initiatives, and injury management Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership on EHS initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience supporting production floor operations and facilities Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements Experience conducting audits, incident investigations, and safety training Certification such as CSP, CIH, or equivalent preferred Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt experience is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized Strong attention to detail with effective documentation and reporting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems
Working Conditions:
