Position Summary The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is a hands-on, plant-focused leader responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to create a strong safety culture that protects employees, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports efficient business operations. Develop, implement, and continuously improve all occupational health and safety programs Manage all written safety programs applicable to Haakon operations, including but not limited to: fall protection, personal protective equipment, respiratory protection, man lift and forklift operation, chemical hazard communication, controlling exposure to toxic chemicals, hazardous energy control, chemical emergency response, fire protection, electrical safety, ergonomics, and injury prevention Ensure compliance with
