In this role, you will take ownership of the Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) program, leading hazard analyses, developing safety documentation, supporting licensing activities, and working closely with multidisciplinary engineering, operations, quality and regulatory teams. You'll act as the technical authority for ISA while helping build and develop the future safety function as the company continues to scale. This role would suit a Nuclear Engineer or Nuclear Safety professional with ISA, licensing or nuclear operations experience who is looking for greater technical ownership, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape a growing organization. The Role Lead the Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) program, ensuring compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements. Conduct hazard analyses including HAZOP, FMEA and What-If studies while developing safety documentation and IROFS. Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality and licensing teams to implement safety controls and support regulatory submissions. Provide technical leadership across the safety function with clear opportunities to build and develop the team as the business grows. The Candidate Experience within Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Safety or Nuclear Operations. Experience with Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA), hazard analysis or nuclear licensing/safety documentation.
