An Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for managing a coordinated and systematic approach to managing the environmental impact of an organization on the surrounding area. Will ensure that the organization has a systematic approach to complying with environmental regulations, such as managing waste or air emissions. Other responsibilities may include finding ways to reduce the organization's carbon footprint.

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead our safety program, ensure regulatory compliance, and continue building a proactive safety culture throughout our organization. Position Summary The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of the company's health, safety, and environmental programs. This position works closely with field supervisors, management, and employees to ensure compliance with
OSHA, MSHA
(when applicable), DOT, customer requirements, and company safety standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys working in both the office and the field and has experience supporting construction or oilfield operations. Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's HSE program. Promote and strengthen a positive safety culture throughout the organization. Conduct regular field safety inspections and job site audits. Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, customer, and applicable environmental regulations. Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and property damage events and implement corrective actions. Develop and deliver safety orientations and ongoing employee training. Maintain safety records, certifications, and compliance documentation. Conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and assist with hazard assessments. Coordinate customer safety requirements and prequalification submissions (ISNetworld, Veriforce, Avetta, PEC, etc., if applicable). Monitor and track safety metrics and prepare reports for executive management. Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs. Assist supervisors in identifying hazards and implementing practical solutions. Travel to job sites throughout the region as needed. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of safety experience in construction, oil & gas, heavy civil, industrial, or related industries. Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to build positive working relationships with field personnel. Strong organizational and computer skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred CHST, OHST, CSP, or similar professional certification. Experience in oilfield construction or pipeline construction. OSHA Outreach Trainer certification. First Aid/CPR Instructor certification. PEC Trainer Certified Verifoce OQ Certified DOT compliance experience.
