Work in a safety-driven operational environment where your decisions directly impact people, assets, and terminal performance Opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through Gemba walks, field observations, and process optimization Exposure to large-scale infrastructure and construction projects within an active terminal setting A collaborative, multicultural workplace that values knowledge sharing and practical problem-solving A strong focus on employee development through training, certification support, and hands-on leadership experience Key Responsibilities Supervise the execution of HSSE policies, procedures, and systems across project activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and local regulations Conduct field inspections to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and potential risks, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions Monitor HSSE performance indicators and drive improvements based on trends and operational data Lead and support incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented Oversee Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and verify critical safety controls such as LOTO, gas testing, and barricading before work begins Supervise contractors and field crews to ensure adherence to HSSE procedures, safety standards, and site rules Promote a proactive safety culture through field leadership, Gemba walks, and continuous improvement initiatives What we are looking for A mindset focused on continuous improvement, actively seeking safer, more efficient ways of working and eliminating operational waste Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in HSSE environments Minimum of 4 years of experience in HSSE within construction, industrial, or large-scale project environments Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management practices, and safety compliance standards Experience supervising field operations, contractors, and safety compliance in dynamic operational environments Technical expertise in areas such as lifting operations, confined space entry, hot work, and environmental compliance
