Job Description
Novara Group LLC is accepting applications for an anticipated, long-term construction safety assignment in Pleasantville, New Jersey. Position Details Full-time, W-2, project-based employment $50.00-$55.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Expected schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., approximately 40 hours per week Expected start: October 2026 Anticipated duration: Approximately two years Work location: Onsite in Pleasantville, New Jersey Responsibilities Serve as the dedicated onsite Safety Manager during construction operations. Monitor site activities for compliance with applicable safety requirements. Conduct routine jobsite safety inspections and document findings. Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate appropriate corrective actions. Participate in safety meetings, pre-task planning, and incident investigations. Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and reports. Coordinate professionally with project management, contractors, and site personnel. Perform dedicated safety duties while assigned to the project. Required Qualifications Active Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification. Minimum of five years of professional construction safety experience. OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification. 24-Hour
