Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly qualified HSE Manager / Certified Safety Professional to lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives across construction projects. This role is pivotal in fostering a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and managing risk effectively on construction sites. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to occupational health and safety management, leveraging their expertise to develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs that protect our workforce and project assets. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain robust HSE policies aligned with industry standards such as OSHA and MSHA. Lead risk management efforts by assessing potential hazards, implementing mitigation strategies, and overseeing incident investigations to prevent recurrence. Coordinate construction management activities with project teams to ensure adherence to safety standards during all phases of construction projects. Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure all project sites meet or exceed local, state, and federal safety requirements while maintaining comprehensive compliance management records. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong focus on health and safety practices within the construction industry. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification demonstrating expertise in occupational health and safety standards. Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) best practices. Strong background in risk management techniques tailored specifically for construction environments. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high safety standards. Excellent communication skills to effectively train teams and collaborate with project stakeholders on safety initiatives.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
