• Full-time Job Overview Truline Corporation is seeking an experienced Director of Safety to lead and strengthen safety operations for our trucking fleet in a hands-on, onsite leadership role.

This position is ideal for a transportation safety professional who thrives in a fast-paced trucking environment and is passionate about reducing preventable accidents, improving driver performance, leveraging safety technology, and promoting a strong culture of accountability and compliance. This is an in-person role working directly with Drivers, Operations, Maintenance, Compliance, and Risk Management teams to improve fleet safety performance and support DOT readiness. Key Responsibilities Lead fleet safety initiatives focused on accident reduction and driver safety improvement Conduct accident investigations and root cause analysis Develop and implement corrective action plans, driver coaching, and retraining Oversee driver safety orientation and ongoing training programs Manage and optimize safety technology including Netradyne and Platform Science Partner with Maintenance to address equipment-related safety trends Support HOS compliance and DOT audit readiness Track safety metrics and performance trends Required Qualifications 5+ years of fleet safety experience in a DOT / FMCSA-regulated trucking environment Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and fleet safety operations Experience with on-board camera systems and ELD platforms Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills Ability to work onsite in a collaborative trucking operations environment Preferred Qualifications Previous Safety Manager or Director experience CDL background preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Compensation & Benefits $90,000
