This role focuses on managing relationships with franchisees and retail partners while maintaining high standards in product quality, compliance, and overall performance. Responsibilities Drive top-line sales growth across assigned region through same-store sales increases and operational improvements Support and manage franchisees to ensure compliance with operational standards, product quality, and merchandising Conduct regular store visits and audits to evaluate performance, product presentation, and contract compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure long-term partnerships Train and coach new and existing staff on products, procedures, and best practices Monitor and enforce food safety standards, licensing, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, health permits, etc.) Identify and resolve operational issues, including non-compliance and performance gaps Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to support business strategy Assist with new store openings and site development initiatives Travel within region (50-75%) to support operations and franchise partners Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Culinary or sushi experience strongly preferred Franchise or multi-unit restaurant operations experience preferred Minimum 2+ years of multi-unit or restaurant management experience Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ServSafe preferred) Proven leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, field-based environment High sense of urgency, accountability, and results-driven mindset Willingness to travel frequently within assigned region
