Job Description:

Plan, implement, and manage WSH management systems and safety programmes on site Conduct and review Risk Assessments (RA), MSRA, and Safe Work Procedures (SWP) Perform regular site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions Monitor and enforce compliance with WSH Act, MOM regulations, and project safety requirements Prepare and present WSH reports, statistics, and monthly safety performance reports Liaise with relevant authorities including

MOM, NEA, PUB, SP

Group (where applicable) Lead, guide, and coach the site safety team and supervisors Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the project team Job Requirements Must be a registered WSHO with MOM (Singapore) Minimum 5 years of WSH experience in building construction projects (e.g. residential, commercial, mixed developments) Experience working with an A1 main contractor will be advantageous Familiar with local authority requirements and building project compliance standards Strong knowledge of WSH Act, risk management, and safety practices in building construction Good communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, reporting)
