Full-Time Job Summary Safety / Loss Prevention Supervisor to lead safety initiatives and oversee loss prevention and security operations within our distribution center. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting employee training, and maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse safety and LP operations. Key Responsibilities Safety & Training Lead new hire safety training and onboarding programs Conduct refresher and annual safety training for all employees Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, FDA, and other regulatory standards Continuously improve safety programs using industry best practices Maintain accurate training records and documentation Loss Prevention & Security Supervise day-to-day Loss Prevention and security operations Implement and monitor LP programs and procedures Train employees on theft awareness and prevention Oversee contractual security functions and protocols Compliance & Operations Ensure adherence to all safety and compliance regulations Support audits, inspections, and corrective actions Manage documentation and reporting related to safety and LP activities

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Working knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, FDA, and safety regulations Strong organizational and document control skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Windows-based systems

Preferred:

Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) / Train-the-Trainer certification Experience with Loss Prevention programs and security operations Background in maintenance or technical systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical) Skills & Abilities Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a proactive, confident approach Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods Ability to access all areas of a warehouse facility Ability to work in varying temperature conditions #BOWL-1

Pay:

$66,300.00 - $70,000.00 per year
