Leadership Full Job Description Job Title:

Site Safety Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects site safety on construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Implement project plans and saftey protocalls
• Coordinate with subcontractors, contractors and ownership to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor quality of work to ensure adherence to safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on jobsite status and addressing any questions or concerns

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques
• Must have NYC SSM license for a major building
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
