full-time EHS Site Auditor We're hiring an experienced EHS Site Auditor to support large-scale construction and infrastructure projects through comprehensive safety audits, compliance reviews, and hazard assessments. This role requires extensive field presence, conducting site inspections, evaluating safety programs, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Local, and

Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing hazard assessment documentation, including: Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Pre-Task Planning (PTP) Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) Minimum 5 years of Construction Safety Supervisor experience Minimum 5 years of EHS facility auditing and program management experience Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and EHS compliance requirements Experience identifying, documenting, and resolving hazardous conditions and unsafe behaviors Ability and willingness to travel to rural and remote project locations Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple site audits Desired Skills & Experience Telecommunications, infrastructure, utility, or construction project experience

Auditor Certification, or Equivalent EHS certification What You Will Be Doing EHS Compliance & Auditing Travel to project sites, tower locations, and facilities Conduct field audits of employees and subcontractors Review work environments, work practices, equipment, tools, and inspections Evaluate hazard assessment documentation, including JHA, JSA, PTP, and AHA reports Identify hazardous acts, unsafe conditions, and EHS compliance gaps Safety Program Management Perform facility audits to ensure compliance with: Federal regulations State and local requirements

standards Document audit findings and corrective actions Communicate non-compliance issues and recommendations to project stakeholders Track and monitor corrective action closure Reporting & Continuous Improvement Maintain trending logs for recurring safety concerns Develop recommendations for long-term corrective and preventive actions Document and communicate positive EHS observations and employee recognition opportunities Provide detailed audit reports and compliance updates Daily Responsibilities 50% Field Auditing & Site Inspections Conduct site visits and safety observations Review work practices and hazard assessments Verify compliance with EHS requirements 30% Documentation & Reporting Complete audit reports Document findings and corrective actions Maintain safety trending logs and compliance records 20% Team Collaboration Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and field personnel Communicate audit results and recommendations Support safety improvement initiatives Additional Requirements Candidate must not have been employed by the end client within the last two (2) years Must be eligible to meet all client onboarding and compliance requirements Ability to travel frequently, including rural and remote locations Training & Compliance Candidates must possess and maintain all required qualifications, certifications, and training necessary to perform the work. This includes any required refresher training and certification renewals.
