Onsite Construction Safety Manager working with our client in Cincinnati, OH.

OSHA-510
required. BCSP certification is strongly preferred.

Hours:
40 hours/week. Second Shift 4pm-midnight. Local Candidates are preferred for this project. About the Role Relief Safety Group is looking for an experienced Onsite Safety Manager to join our consulting team. This role will be responsible for overseeing safety operations for a commercial freezer strorage construction project. The ideal candidate is comfortable with a part-time schedule. The potential candidate will lead site safety initiatives, ensure compliance with OSHA and client-specific safety requirements, and foster a proactive safety culture across all project teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company safety policies. Conduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training for all site personnel. Perform regular site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. Investigate incidents and near misses, document findings, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment. Maintain accurate safety records and prepare required reports. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of construction safety management experience .
OHSA-510
required on-site. BCSP certification is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and industry best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with project leadership.
