$100,000 - $150,000 (Based on Experience) Position Overview The Safety Manager will develop, implement and continuously improve safety and environmental systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including OSHA), reduce risk, and promote a culture of safety. This role partners with operations leadership to deliver training, audits, incident investigations, and performance reporting that drive measurable improvements in safety performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, and safety reviews. Perform inspections and audits; track corrective actions. Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures. Deliver EHS training and promote safety awareness. Manage emergency response plans and drills. Monitor EHS metrics and drive continuous improvement. Support projects and contractor safety management. Partner with teams to integrate EHS into operations. Maintain permits, regulatory reports, and agency communications. Qualifications Proven experience as a Safety Manager or EHS Manager with a demonstrated track record leading EHS programs in an industrial or operational environment. Bachelors degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or a related field . 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in EHS, safety management or related roles; experience supervising teams preferred.
