Job Summary Our client seeks a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a Health Center. The primary responsibilities include managing direct reports, promoting effective communication, ensuring compliance, and supporting emergency medical responses. Key Responsibilities Supervision of Day-to-Day Health Center operations Manage and Develop Direct Reports Promote communication Integrate with Business Partners Maintain Health Center Compliance Monitor Physical Exam Program Support Medical Emergency Response Activities Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site Qualifications Nursing Bachelor's degree required Valid nursing license required in the State(s) of practice Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred Experience Relevant experience in Occupational Health, Urgent Care, or ER is preferred Skills Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment Ability to communicate, motivate, and inspire direct reports and others Ability to lead change within work groups and departments Demonstrates innovative and strategic thinking Analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Requirements Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm schedule Benefits Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances). Eligibility for health benefits is based on verifying that an average of 30 hours per week during the first 4 weeks of the work assignment has been met. If you meet eligibility requirements and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s)). 401k (Eligible on the first 401k open enrollment date following 6 consecutive months on assignment. 401k Open Enrollment dates are 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, and 10/1).
